「My only concern was upon checking into room I found first floor window unlocked. That should not be the case.」

「No water pressure in sink or shower. Shower head was old. Tub was angled towards wall making it uncomfortable to stand during shower. Breakfast was low quality-eggs had no flavor. Apple juice was warm.」

「Good location and enjoyed the pool. Staff was friendly even though they were extremely busy. The breakfast was well stocked. However the first floor room smelled like chemicals. There were crumbs under our pillows and the sheets smelled like someone else’s body odor. There was also a bloody Kleenex in our sheets.」

「Nice breakfast buffet. Room was ok, bathroom was dirty, air conditioner was horribly loud, rattled all night. However, Expedia charged me more ($123.30) than the hotel charged (112.04). Expedia would not refund the difference, saying they charged me the lowest rate for the booking, NOT TRUE! My final bill at the hotel was $112.04. Expedia refused to return the difference. I will never use their service again and tell everyone about this incident.」

「The Property is close to downtown and all the shops. It's located near major roads, but you don't hear the traffic. Parking spots were plenty. Breakfast was simple, but really good.」

「Everything about this property was substandard. The public restroom a check-in was filthy. Our room was very hard to find and the parking lot was blocked by a truck that was removing a large tree. Our room was hot, and the AC was not on. The floor was sticky and dirty. The AC ducts were blocked by heavy curtains. The only way to unblock them was to open the curtains wide, which exposed our room to the outside. After being thoroughly disappointed, we chose to leave the property, even though our...

「We did not know that they didn't clean rooms if you were staying more that one night. And they didn't replace towels. Got back to motel around 9pm called for towels and was told I needed to bring the dirty towels to front desk and they would give me fesh towels. Maybe short staffed, but they should have let us know. Staff was friendly.」
