"Booked a deluxe room with 2 queen beds and was upgraded to a suite with a sofa bed, that the mattress was not comfortable. The room was not stocked with enough wash clothes for 3 adults, no soap or shampoo. No safe in the room either and for a casino hotel there should be a safe in the rooms."
