「Parking was well-lit and safe. We stay every summer when we travel.」

「Our stay was good. Staff was very nice and helpful, and the room was clean, except there was a damp, musty carpet sort of smell that I'm sure wasn't helped by the overall summer humidity. Breakfast was very well appointed and attended to by the woman working there. Overall, would be back, but will hope for a fresher smelling room.」

「We reserved a king suite with jacuzzi. The floor had crumbs all over it so it clearly had not been cleaned. The sofa and room smelled like cat urine and the jacuzzi wasn't working properly. We never stayed due to the terrible room they tried to put us in.」

「Lady nice checking us in but our credit card won’t work and needed a PIN number. A sheet of glass between us so used cash in the end. Very run down and old compared to others we had seen in our travels. Booked later at night and won’t do that again. Non smoking room but you could smell from years of smoke 」

「I called to hotel prior to our arrival to request a rollaway bed. When we checked into our room, there was no rollaway bed in the room. We went to the front desk to inquire about the rollaway bed. They said they would get one in our room. However, when they check to room they gave us, they said we would have to change rooms because the room they gave us was not up to code for a rollaway. Why didn't they know that before we put our stuff in our room. We had to take all our belongings and move...

「We stay at Quality Inn at Eldridge, IA every spring. The hotel is always clean, staff is friendly, everything you need as far as groceries, fuel, places to eat are close by. The hotel is always quiet and the breakfast is good also. Highly recommended staying at this hotel!」
