「不好」

「When we got there are room had a bad smell, asked if we could get another room and was told no, although they had some. We stayed, had to keep window open with ac running. Breakfast was cold and so we didn't eat there. Staff was very unhelpful. I dont understand how they have a 8.0 rating. May quite booking though Expedia because rating don't match rooms we get」

The door latch lock was broken off the door to our room and when asked for a new one or a new room the desk lady tried refusing at first too saying it would be done tomorrow to anything I said it was done later that day as they didn't want to move us. 「The first room I checked into smells so strong of urine I had to ask for another room. The second room add water running from the plumbing in the bathroom sink all over my feet.」

「We stay at Quality Inn at Eldridge, IA every spring. The hotel is always clean, staff is friendly, everything you need as far as groceries, fuel, places to eat are close by. The hotel is always quiet and the breakfast is good also. Highly recommended staying at this hotel!」
