"Significant failures included: • Facility Closures: The water slides were closed for the duration of our stay, and the pools were inaccessible for the majority of our visit. These are the primary features used to market this property. • Unreasonable Restrictions: My children were repeatedly prohibited from playing with toys in the common areas, which was not disclosed and contradicts the "family-friendly" branding. Food and beverages could not be accommodated for in the pool area, yet they allowed restaurant food and beverages. • Lack of Basic Service: Housekeeping and room service failed to attend to our room. When maintenance did arrive, the room was not properly cleaned or maintained. • Hostile Environment: We were met with consistent rudeness from the front desk, lifeguards , and maintenance staff. As guests, we felt unwelcome rather than hosted. We paid for a resort experience that was simply not provided. "
