「Staff was great! The handle fell off the fridge when we got there and all the dishes were left in the dishwasher. There was only warm water for bathing no hot water. There were also no remotes for 1 of the TV’s and the fireplace didn’t work. Staff was great had someone out the next day to fix fridge handle and gave us remotes. I had high expectations at this point. I did see they discounted the 1st night stay.」

「Someone during the night broke the glass to a back door,to the facility. There was still glass behind our parked car there in the morning. Observed at two different times people climbing in and out of their windows of two different rooms.??????」

「The access code for the outside door was not clearly stated in the material sent (unclear if the access code was supposed to open both outer door or room door) We had to access customer support and they were VERY kind and extremely patient. Make sure you leave time in the am for the little breakfast with pastries and coffee. Other guests were quiet and almost reverent of the beautiful space. The decor was charming!」
