「The hotel was junk. No elevator. Limited parking room was “just” acceptable. The worst part was what I had to pay Expedia…$300.00 for a $60.00 hotel. Never again.」

「The inn had no rooms with walk in showers even though it was advertised. Had to go down to the reception area to use a microwave-none in room. Bed was so high that my wife had to use a stool to get into it. There was a preset alarm on the time clock for 6AM that was not expected. When the heat was off there was a fan that cooled the room too much immediately. The tub was slippery when used for a shower.」

「The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly. The shower knob control wouldn’t stay in position. It defaulted by slipping down with gravity. Picture a clock moving counterclockwise the 7:00 position fell on its own to 6:00 position.」

「The air conditioner was directly above the bed, it was loud, and it blew on the bed constantly. The A/C remote was marked "do not use." The mini frig froze all my food and drinks, and the frig made a constant gurgling sound. The room was smaller than I thought it would be; it would be helpful to include dimensions in the description, especially for small rooms that don't feel like you're staying in a mansion. The bathroom was so small that it only held the toilet and a tiny shower stall. ...

「We were so very happy with the comfort inn. We almost stayed an extra night. Breakfast was fantastic, the place was very clean, the room had everything we needed. The weather was so very HOT outside (99 degrees) that it was great to have the pool and hot tub to go into before bed. Staff were very helpful. Thank you to ALL.」

「Parking situation is very poorly explained and set up. The street markings out front appear to show that you can’t pull up, stop or unload at the main lobby door, and there’s seemingly no concierge. The actual parking garage is on the far side of the block on a one way system, we had to go around twice before we were able to identify the correct access point. Then - the walk just to the lobby to check in, with luggage, is about 300 yards via a bridge, another locked bridge with an intercom, down...
