「The hotel was nice. However. I was supposed to get a room with a tub. When we got to our room. The room that we had didn't have a tub in it. Called the front desk. They stated that there was nothing that they could do due to the hotel being booked up. Which I get. But no offer of」

「Clean, quiet hotel in a great location. Our room was spacious and helped our family sleep comfortably. We would definitely stay here again!」

「Smells like Mold when you walk in the doors, the restaurant was already closing and the rooms... I get reinvention is hard but what they did was next level. The room its self is fine but the bathrooms don't trust the photos! Our was not the same as pictured also there isn't ac in the room or fans. 「Easy check in, great parking, nice clean room. Great pool and hot tub. Several fire pits with plentiful seating along the shoreline. On site restaurant was a bit pricey. No continental breakfast. Coffee not available in main lobby until 8 am - should be 6 am. Coffee maker in room made flavorless dark colored hot water. Yeah, I like my coffee early. Everything else about Larsmont Cottages was great.」

「This place was nice mostly, it was clean and the location was good. The main complaint was that our tv didn’t work. The gal that worked there put in good effort to fix it but ultimately it never worked. It was clean and the breakfast was decent. I would stay here again and just hope the tv worked.」

「Staff were great. We didn't try the restaurant or pool. The restaurant is not open for breakfast like indicated in older posts. Room had not been vacuumed.」

「Very cool old building located conveniently near the downtown. Two bars on the property were convenient. Both had live music. Benson, bartender at Snively‘s, was great to talk to, and even sat in with the band. We stayed in the boardroom, which was like an apartment. We just kept thinking of the stories this room could tell.」

「Pool could use a heat pump it was colder ther the lake but otherwise our stay and view was awesome!」

「The property is a new apartment rental complex that’s renting out rooms until they’re all rented. Expensive. Did not receive a “lake view” even though we were the only overnight guests. Rooms are pretty but no usual hotel amenities…like a blow dryer. No shelf or holder in the shower so their provided shampoo/conditioner sit on the floor. No bedroom door (open to sitting area). No bathroom ventilation.」

「parking was fantastic. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was big. #5 is on the second floor. Nice view of the lift bridge and a nice view of Lake Superior from the small balcony. We did take a sauna.」
