「It was a okay hotel would stay there again simple thing that could of been fixed didn’t get resolved such as us not having hot water and fridge not working when telling front desk they had maintenance come up immediately He ran the water for a few minutes and got warm but nothing more. He said housekeeping would come give us a new fridge. They never came the next morning I mentioned it again, and I was ignored other than that it was an OK property with amazing city view.」

「Well it was a great stay the room was clean but the carpet in hall could use attention but it was ok. I would highly suggest they get better wifi service because it sucked couldn't log on and it kept buffering and kicking me off. All that aside i have stayed this hotel everytime i come to Charlotte so these minor hiccups won't stop me from staying again. We had a wonderful family weekend trip」

「My daughter and I stayed here while in town for an event at the Spectrum Center. The location was convenient for walking to and from the event. The continental breakfast was great and welcomed.」

「Beautiful hotel… that staff for May 19th at the front desk was a bit rude when asking them a question, which you feel uncomfortable to ask questions...but the room was clean and the bathroom is nice, great view … breakfast is good but not great… no waffle or pancakes just eggs and two different types of sausage that’s for buffet style」

「Very friendly staff. Take pride in their work. Shuttle driver was exceptionally friendly and overaccommodating. Cared about making the customers feel welcomed and introduced them to the dining option available within walking distance.」
