「The A/C noise is uncomfortable. The last two night was with sleeping with medicine」

「设备很新，有室内游泳池，大堂长期准备咖啡，入住还有小礼物，很贴心。床具很舒适，虽然房间有些小，但是整体还不错。停车很方便，周边有Aldi 等超市，距离机场很近。唯一不理想就是没有人打扫房间的卫生。」

「Checked in late and had to stand outside waiting for someone to open the door after knocking on the door for while. Finally checked in and got my room key. Went to the room, the flor was slippery and wet. Figured it was because the temperature in the room was on 75. But after cutting the ac down to 68. When I woke up the floor was still wet and slippery. None the less, the room didn’t smell like smoke but the sheets did. I thought I was in a smoking room. Will not book there again」

「Everything about the property was fine, but in the room, not so much. When the sheets were pulled down on one of the beds, there was a spot of blood on the sheets. And old food had been left in the microwave. These problems were raised at the desk and to our delight, the room was comped!」

「The property and staff were nice. However the description stated there was a bar on site and there is not. We were there for a celebration and the amenities that are described are very misleading. We would have chosen a different place. Parking is also $8 a night even though the hotel is in a private parking lot, which was also not mentioned when booking.」

「Everything was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and the details were thoughtful. Free coffee, iced lemonade, and cookies were provided in the lobby for everyone to enjoy. The hotel was also very nice and clean. My whole family was very satisfied.」

「We had a great stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to assist when we experienced noise from neighboring guests. They promptly helped us move to a quieter room and were happy to answer all of our questions throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient for our needs and made it easy to get where we needed to go. Overall, the excellent customer service and convenient location made for a positive experience, and we would stay here again.」

「Some front desk staff were excellent. Others need a raise or a lover. Gym is small but great. Laundry facility uses a super convenient app. Get it when you arrive so you can see when machines are available. Hotel is joint with another Hilton brand and in an area with several hotels and DoorDash kept incorrectly delivering. Convenient snack and small necessities kiosk with self checkout. Currently renovating some rooms. Contractors are super friendly but request a change of rooms if you don’t...

「I booked a one night stay because the pictures looked nice. When I got my room it was musty scent in the room and smelled like pee could’ve been on the carpet so I told the front desk person and she said the person who stayed last night didn’t have a problem.
