"All around excellent service from the staff at the front desk, help and breakfast crew. Very helpful and The rooms were clean and spacious and well provisioned. The breakfast spread was large and delicious. There are taxis always available from the hotel to all points of interest. Pro-tip: Be prepared for multiple road closures if you are renting a car and arriving on a Sunday! The parking is an underground garage behind the hotel and on a one-way street."

"Great location - 2 blocks from plaza bolivar. Felt upscale, safe, very walkable & close to all the museums. Room - clean and big enough. Great view. The shower had no pressure and flush wasn’t working great. Staff - amazing. They knew manageable English. Weren’t good with sure seeing tips though. Food - Breakfast was above average. Restaurant on the expensive side, but amazing food. NOTE: the 2 twin rooms are small & twin beds are good only for 1 person. They upgraded us for free to a king + twin."

"The service here was above and beyond than expected, very courteous and genuine. I was on a visit with my girlfriend for about a week. The staff there are phenomenal and patient with all the questions i had and resolved anything i needed, Eliot, David, Sophie, and Nickoli were some of the stand out service i could remember they were especially helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious in my room jacuzzi was a nice touch and decorated by the romantic package was really great, if you want to make a special surprise. They cleaned daily refreshed towels asked if we needed any extra very accommodating. Very worth the stay we didn't go to the sauna but the jacuzzi in the room was great clean, the pool area is not to be missed we went around 8 pm had poolside drinks the pool was warm. Everything was great nice area downtown art district feels. Thanks Hotel Grand Park! Most definitely recommend and will be back as well. "
