Great value. The location is good - near the main streets but not noisy, and safe to walk at night. Breakfast good.

What a wonderful hotel. A peaceful oasis in the best possible location in La Candalaria. Great hotel, great staff, greatvrooms – even great breakfast. We will definitely come back!
The reason to book here was to work remotely, as they have a desk in the room and are supposed to have a high-speed connection throughout the property; they had no wifi during my entire stay, and the staff keep telling that will be solved "the next day," which never happened.
Plus, I went to the front desk to ask for drinkable water, and the lady there told me that I could drink the water from the bathrooms; however, there was a sign warning that the water in the rooms is NOT drinkable, so that was a really awkward moment.
The premises have nice wood finishes, but the no-WiFi and weird drinkable water situation made my stay here a non-worthwhile value-investment relation.
Everything was great and above expectations except for the shower area. In our room #10 you can't turn on the water without getting wet and the water is cold and you get the shower door wet inside and outside and the floor all around the toilet. Seriously?? You go to such great lengths to have the bathroom area so beautifully done and you do this?
El hotel esta prácticamente nuevo, lo recomiendo apliamente, su ubicación es centrinca y su personal muy atento. Vale la pena conocerlo para visitar la zona de museos, centeo y Moserrate.
