Tequendama Hotel is convenient for its location as well as the plethora of restaurants around to go and eat. The best part of the hotel was the staff: Friendly, attentive and super professional. Breakfast at El Virrey was amazing (Special Thanks to Juan!), The food at Inkai was superb. The downside to the hotel: Noise levels are definitely something to be addressed. Also, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so the rooms seem a little worn down. Overall a really good stay.

The room was good for my needs, desk and extra table for suitcases, nice closed and safety box. The staff made me feel like at home, all of them knew my name and they were very pending on my needs. Lady and Juan at the restaurant have been excellent host representing the hotel on a fantastic way of welcoming me back and even remembering how I like my food and they remember my name … so many year coming to the hotel!! I Love, love the food specially the breakfast menu.

i completed my reservation online with Expedia. Then it took almost 20 minutes to get my reservation complete at the hotel, as if i had done nothing on Expedia. and they also tried to get me to pay again. the hotel is need of a remodel. if feels 30 years old and not in a good way. you have to carry your luggage down a flight of stairs to go to the elevator. the room was clean. and the bed was comfortable. the staff was friendly but not very competent. there are 2 or 3 hotels that share the same lobby areas with a rope dividing them. a little strange

The room has a welcoming living room, with a tv. a desk and a mirror. It had doors that divided the living room and the bedroom, which was very comfortable with a tv, also; The bathroom had a normal shower but also has a jacuzzi. I really enjoyed my stay at Torre Monserrat.

I love this place. I have stayed here 3 times in the past year. Everyone from the pickup driver to the bellhops to the front desk. The free breakfast is buffet style with lots of options. Dont be afraid to use the house drivers. They charge 32,000 PESOS per hour which is $8. Just take there number and whatsapp them. The hotel is right in the middle of everything.
