Breakfast was freshly made, several main attractions are within range, service was good but better could be done with the facilities… there was a constant from the toilet, the windows are sealed shut with no AC and it would have been nice to have a fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker or iron in the room especially since we paid for deluxe room. The positives include good service and friendly/helpful staff
The location I was told by multiple taxi and uber drivers during my stay, was a very unsafe part of town to be in. I could also hear every persons phone conversation from every room on the same floor as i stayed on. Friendly staff, very accomodating, the noise was the only concern durijg my stay, safety outside the hotel is beyond their control.
The service here was above and beyond than expected, very courteous and genuine. I was on a visit with my girlfriend for about a week. The staff there are phenomenal and patient with all the questions i had and resolved anything i needed, Eliot, David, Sophie, and Nickoli were some of the stand out service i could remember they were especially helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious in my room jacuzzi was a nice touch and decorated by the romantic package was really great, if you want to make a special surprise. They cleaned daily refreshed towels asked if we needed any extra very accommodating. Very worth the stay we didn't go to the sauna but the jacuzzi in the room was great clean, the pool area is not to be missed we went around 8 pm had poolside drinks the pool was warm. Everything was great nice area downtown art district feels. Thanks Hotel Grand Park! Most definitely recommend and will be back as well.
I have a very good experience with this hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful, I would like to highlight Kevin, he helped a lot with an injury. I can only recommend this hotel.
Everyone was nice and friendly. Someone on staff knew english on every shift. The pool was great as well was the frinks and food. Room was great besides the noise from constant traffic at all hours of the night. I think if i had a room not overlooking the street it would have been fine but the first night was kinda restless due to the noise. No fridge or microwave. I ended up getting a fridge by asking the front desk for one because i needed it. I would stay again as long as i had a different room.
The property is nice and well maintained. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We switched rooms to a very spacious room. One minor thing to change are the towels and the bathroom needs a hook to hang your robe or anything else that you want. The shower are is slippery and the water doesn't drain fast enough. Overall, it is a nice hotel. I recommend it.
It was good as usual. Wi fi at room 312 was bad. Breakfast in this trip was not as good as back in august but I have to say that girls that run breakfast are on top of everything and deserve to be recognize. The pool is great. Staff is friendly and the location of this property is very special. BTW I been visiting this property way before it changed the name to grand park and I plan to keep staying at it when visiting bogota.
My husband and I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Park for 5 nights as we were attending a wedding in Bogota. We were impressed with the size & cleanliness of the room and as an added bonus, we had a great view of the Monserrate from our window! The pool area was one of the cleanest that we have come across and the service from the bartenders was great. The area is quiet, despite being downtown and well located as we were able to walk to most attractions, restaurants, etc. We want to give a special shoutout to Diego at the front desk as he was so accommodating and absolutely lovely to interact with. We would definitely stay again if we return to Bogota in the future! Thank you for a great stay :)
The hotel does not have AC. The windows are open to keep the room cool however, you can hear every car, dog or person going by. The pool looks nice and is heated. It can get very loud which is expected. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff advised against walking due to "lonely" streets. There are pockets of streets that look dangerous with drugs and prostitution. We ended up using Uber to get everywhere even if it was just a few minutes walk away. It's quite close to everything, grocery store, coffee, hot chocolate and cheese, Botero, Gold Museum, Fruit Market, and Monserrate.
It was difficult to sleep through the night because there was noise from the street coming in through the windows. When i showered, I found 10 tiny flies and when i mentioned it to the staff upon checking out that day the only response was "oh okay."
The location is walkable to museums and city "center" (in Candelaria at least) and they keep the front door staffed to monitor entry.
The pool is very kid/family oriented so if you're looking to relax in or near it, the likelihood is low unless it's early in the morning.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Room comfort
Honestly, the location was central, so it was easy to get around, but the bed was super hard. The pillow wasn’t any better. I was on the fifth floor right next to the canopy so when it rained, it was extremely noisy and you couldn’t sleep it was it extremely cold outside, but I was surprised that there was no climate control inside the room. Overall, it wasn’t that expensive so I guess I shouldn’t complain too much. Lastly, when I checked in, there were no towels in the room so I had to request for towels twice.
I was booked into a Deluxe room. If that was deluxe I dread to think how bad standard was.
It got off to a bad start when Hotels.com said I could check in early. There was no reference to this in the confirmation so I emailed the hotel. They said I could check-in at 11. Excellent. Changed my plans and turned up to be told, “No come back at 3”. After complaining in bad Spanish (no English at reception) I got a room at 1.
The room was tiny and just about accommodated a king size bed. The furnishings were cheap and falling apart. I struggled to find a power point. It was cold and there was no temperature control. The blinds wouldn’t shut properly. The traffic noise was really loud. I couldn’t work out how to turn off the strip light in the room and the reception were no help (I ended up taking the keycard out).
Breakfast was pretty poor too.
Not impressed

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
It’s like a mix between a fancy hotel and a motel. The staff is nice & the common areas are pretty but they paid little attention to the actual rooms.
The “deluxe” room is definitely not the advertised size. It’s a standard room that they crammed a king size bed in, there’s not even room for side tables. The room has no bath mat towels, no lotion, not even a glass for drinking water. Queen sized pillows on a king size bed.
The noise from the street can be overwhelming if you’re trying to rest. The pool area gets very crowded and noisy as they do day passes.
They did not honor the “free early check-in” listed on Expedia and then because so many people were checking in at 3pm it took a while. I asked how to book a massage and the receptionist told me go to the bar and the people at the bar told me go to reception so I gave up.
The plus side is that the breakfast has a pretty decent variety and everything was tasty. Nice sauna but gets crowded. Overall okay but definitely not impressed. They could make small tweaks to make it much better because the design of the hotel is pretty nice.
