Clean and cozy

The staff were helpful and the room was clean. I like having coffee in my room and that was not possible. Had to wait till 7:30 AM for the restaurant to open. Or get dressed and walk around the corner. But overall, it was a comfortable visit in a fantastic neighborhood And I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.

Great beautiful property with terrace looking to Monserrate, sauna, and running fireplace (a bit too warm to run in Nov for me personally haha) Dreamer organises tours you can join. Has own bar and restaurant. Free drinking water. Bathroom included toiletries Great staff and security. Good size lockers. FYIs Room not soundproofed so light sleepers be prepared. The area felt safe in the day but it's still Bogotá so I was warned about being out too late at night.
