"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel, we have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world and we have to say this is one our very favourites and would definitely plan to return one day. The staff was amazing and the breakfast included was beyond fantastic Miss Rose the chef was the best, she made us special waffles and even shared the recipe. We had the best full body massages, and foot massages as well at the hotel, all was exceptional. Rooftop view and pool was an extra bonus and so enjoyable. The furnishings throughout the hotel were so unique and very beautiful. Definitely recommend this beautiful hotel."

"we loved our stay in this hotel. our room was spacious and very clean. the rooftop pool and lounge area was lovely. the area is very walkable and there’s lots of restaurants nearby. the sky train, shopping centre and cinema is only around a 15 minute walk away and i’d recommend using the train to get to places because traffic is terrible! "

"The staff were outstanding. Every staff member whom I had comtact with was helpful and friendly without being intrusive. This includes the front desk staff, the door staff, porters, waitstaff, room staff, concierge, everyone... Parts of the hotel are becoming dated. The hot water system supplying my room was on its last legs and "hot" water was only warm. The rooms are large and have a kitchenette which really useful. Location is great for everything, things to see, transport. shopping, food. "
