Our room was perfect- spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful when booking attractions or experiences for us, everyone was very nice and warm. We spent Christmas there and the lobby was decorated with a Christmas tree among other little details. Breakfast was delicious. The sky bar has a gorgeous view with great cocktails. It felt like we were at a 5 star hotel. We would 100% stay here again!

Room condition and view were all good and housekeeping was excellent. Just as in my prior stays at this location I find the staff frustrating because of their resistance to engage using Thai language. It seems staff is not trained to understand that many foreigners who are multilingual want to speak in Thai language regardless of their level of proficiency because it's part of the experience but staff insists on practicing their English at the expense of guests like myself. If the staff was truly considerate and wanted guests to be happy they would sense and understand that when a particular guest wants to use Thai language they should respond accordingly and doing otherwise is both rude and inconsiderate and yes we talk about it among ourselves as international travelers as an issue in Thailand that is less common in other countries where hotel staff are very happy when a guest tries to use and learn the local language. Your hotel would benefit by improving in this area.

タイには年に2回で1回2週間は滞在 ホテルランク星4.5以上しか利用しない者のレビューです^ ^ ❶スタッフの対応 全体的に良かったです。特に女性クリーンスタッフの笑顔Good！ ドアマンはほとんどおらず、いても携帯みてるといった態度でBad！ ❷部屋 　けっこう綺麗！ 　冷蔵庫は小さくあまり冷えない 　水圧は問題なし 　ライトは明るくしても暗め 　寝る時冷房消してもかなり寒いです。 ❸ルーフトップバー 　居心地良くお酒も美味しい！ ❹トゥクトゥク 　30分毎に走っているので、少し離れた場所までおくってくれます。 ❺プール 　あまり広くなく水温は結構低い！入ればなれます ❻トレーニング設備 24時間は嬉しい！マシンの数や重りは軽い！ハードなトレーニングはできません。 ❼エレベーター 　3台で、少し待ちます ❽朝食 　メニューはホテルランクからしたら少なめ！ ❾最寄駅 　徒歩8分くらいです。 　おすすめできるホテルです。ぜひ想い出作りにどうぞ！
