"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel, we have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world and we have to say this is one our very favourites and would definitely plan to return one day. The staff was amazing and the breakfast included was beyond fantastic Miss Rose the chef was the best, she made us special waffles and even shared the recipe. We had the best full body massages, and foot massages as well at the hotel, all was exceptional. Rooftop view and pool was an extra bonus and so enjoyable. The furnishings throughout the hotel were so unique and very beautiful. Definitely recommend this beautiful hotel."

"we loved our stay in this hotel. our room was spacious and very clean. the rooftop pool and lounge area was lovely. the area is very walkable and there’s lots of restaurants nearby. the sky train, shopping centre and cinema is only around a 15 minute walk away and i’d recommend using the train to get to places because traffic is terrible! "

"We stayed at Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy for our last two days in Bangkok, and it was a great choice for our family of four (two adults and two 11-year-olds). The room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully laid out—perfect for a family. There was plenty of space, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The service was excellent. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly, professional, and truly service-minded, always willing to help. The location is convenient, close to public transportation, high-end malls, and surrounded by an international crowd. The only downside is that the hotel is located in a small alley, which can sometimes feel a bit unsafe due to Bangkok’s fast and busy traffic. Overall, it’s a very comfortable, family-friendly hotel and we would still highly recommend it."
