Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff was exceptional, from the doorman, to the concierge, to the cleaning staff to the restaurant staff. The room itself was very comfortable, clean and modern. The location was excellent, very close to everything you could want or need. The roof top pool was very nice and a great place to spend a few hours. All in all, exceptional value and we highly recommend!

Beautiful rooms and convenient to terminal 21 in the surrounding area. There’s a wonderful restaurant next-door called Palm 18 which you should definitely check out. My only complaints is that the pool does not get very warm due to the fact of the trees that were planted between the sun and the pool

We had a very pleasant stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the location was excellent—close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. I had an amazing experience at Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The service is incredibly friendly, professional, and always delivered with a smile. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained — perfect for relaxing after a long day in Bangkok. The location is also excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation, yet still quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful stay. The breakfast was great, the rooftop pool is a perfect bonus, and overall the hotel offers fantastic value. I highly recommend Park Plaza Soi 18 to anyone visiting Bangkok. I will definitely stay here again!
