Breakfast food could be fresher (the eggs are made about an hour before they are eaten). Concierge does not call the room when a parcel arrives, which is really weird. Otherwise all great.

It’s a good and comfortable stay

Short walk from BTS Ari, you can feel the Bangkok and still own the convenience. Ari is a nice area. This quarter is my favorite. But the towels need to renew.

The staff were wonderful and my room was lovely and clean. The rooftop pool was also a wonderful place to swim, and big enough for lengths. The Ari area has plenty of cool outdoor bar/restaurants and is a nice option if you want a quieter Bangkok visit. A small downside was breakfast. I still enjoyed it every day but the fried eggs were often cold, the bread for toast quite sweet and the butter difficult to use. There were lots of other options though, so three stars. One other thing: the sky bar had no beer. But the upsides definitely outweighed and I would stay here again. Thank you!

We loved this hotel and it's location to shopping and yummy restaurants. The roof top pool was amazing and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We would stay here again!
