"Clean room, comfortable bed, spacious layout (King suite), lots of yummy breakfast options(coffee sucked though), good location. Only minor complaints would be the cheap 1 ply toilet paper and location of bath supplies in shower area (it's in the way!) and of course the coffee in the lobby but could've just been an off day!"

"Our first time in Kitchener and we were ,looking for a place to stay for a couple of night close to the hospital. Judging from te reviews, we decided to book. Great choice! The place was very clean, staff super nice and accommodating (we had to extend our stay due to unexpected circumstances and a snow storm) Hot breakfast and coffee and all at a great price. Highly recommend!"

"To be honest this is a really nice hotel. It’s looks really ugly duckling on the outside but a swan in the inside. Hopefully they will renovate the outside too not that it’s my business lol but it would look much better attracting more customer imo"
