The property is new so everything was clean, functional and in good repair. The room was spacious and the extra side table near the sitting around was appreciated; it made eating in the room easier. Helpful and friendly front desk and breakfast-room staff.

The room was clean and it had everything we needed except for some handlotion. The only unusual thing was they had a very small note at the bottom of the bathroom mirror saying not to drink the water from the bathroom sink, but instead to get the vwater from a fountain in the lobby. I have never seen this before.

The room was clean and comfy, and the breakfast was good. The EV chargers were very welcome, though only 2 out of the 4 worked. The staff didn't know much about how to use them; it would be nice if they were treated as a first-class amenity. The pool was unusable during my whole stay; it was very cold, and the heater wasn't working. The staff didn't have good knowledge of the issue, and we were told different stories at different times. I was told the manager would call me by the next day. They did not. I left them a message, and they did not call me before I made this review. Caused me to research what has happened to the hotel business model, and it is a sad reality we live in when nice hotels are not well run.

Staff, room, and amenities were great. No real complaints. The staff was kind enough on arrival to get us some milk from the kitchen so we would not have to go out and get some for my toddler. And the breakfast was simple but we'll rounded with lots of options. Would stay hear again if in the area.

Hilton claims the long lasting power outage was city wide. Meanwhile 75%of the city had power ! How come Hilton has no backup generator ? Asking premium prices but not providing basic services ! The other brand name hotel offered compensation to their guest right away ! Hilton had no manager working with public and not a single apology was stated ! Shame !

Helpful,staff, but a problem with an overheated room and such a noisy fan to cool the room that we didn’t get a good sleep. No air circulation, too hot. We were offered a small discount and another if we choose to return in the future.

We booked for two nights. During the first night, my wife got up to use the washroom, and upon her return to bed she stepped on what she thought was a small rock. It turned out to be a used needle from an auto-injector and it was lodged securely in her foot!! I took the needle down to the front desk to show them and demanded an explanation. I was basically told I was a liar and it was "highly unlikely that this had happened" and that their rooms "were all expertly inspected before each and every stay by a supervisor". I was floored at being called a liar and made to feel like this was something we had invented in order to receive a discount or a free room stay. Total attempt at covering their rears. I asked to speak to the manager, but was told he was off site until Monday and that he would contact me then. Basically, nothing we can do. I got the manager's business card and tried calling myself, only to discover this was the number to the front desk, proving futile. I then decided that giving the clerk the needle in question was a stupid idea as she was free to discard it like it never happened, and when I asked for it back I was told she had given it to housekeeping. So there goes my proof. Needless to say, my telling the clerk how serious this could actually be for my wife --- what if she now has a blood infection or perhaps a disease from this used needle, fell on deaf ears. It's now Monday afternoon, the manager still hasn't called. Not impressed at all!
