「This is the best hotel in Toronto!!!」

「I called the night before to be assured that i could check in late as I would be traveling from out of the country and was told it would not be a problem. Upon arrival, there was a sign that said staff would not be there after 11pm with a number to call. I called the number about 10 times and no one picked up. I could see my room key sitting on the desk so i grabbed it at which point someone came out to greet me, the maintenance man. There was a slight language barrier which i don't fault him...

「Everything was great. Room was spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette was fully stocked with real dishes/glassware and cutlery. Breakfast buffet was standard but certainly lots of choices. The lid of the steamer for the hash brown patties was left open (as per the sign) but that meant they were cold when I ate them. Also on our floor you could get snacks from a vending machine but had to go to a different floor for a drink vending machine. I never saw ice. 」

「What I did not like was Staybridge charged me $11.76 more than Expedia quoted. When I called Staybridge to inquire, they told me to contact Expedia who in turn said they needed to contact Staybridge. I also needed to send a photo of the charge on my credit card. Expedia then responded with an email that Staybridge had charged the correct amount. Two hours later I received an email again from Expedia that Staybridge had processed a refund on my credit card. When I checked my card, there was...

「Room was very clean! Comfortable King sized bed! Extra pillows and blankets in room. Large bathroom with shamoo/conditioner/ soap provided. Big fluffy towels. Friendly owner and waitress Breakfast was fresh croissants and oatmeal muffins. Homemade jam. Plate of fresh fruits.OJ, coffee and a crustless quiche with ham and cheese! Delicious!」

「Very nice peaceful. Lots of parking. Ample choice for breakfast. Good size rooms. Comfortable bed. Glad to have the step stool. Thank you Jodie. Sorry we did not meet you on our stay」
