"The property is in a convenient location if you are visiting downtown Toronto. Bed was very comfortable. Room was more than suitable for one overnight stay.TV did not work. Front office staff were great and accommodating. However, attempting to contact the hotel from outside the building was frustrating with numerous advertisements but no human being ever answered. We were on hold twice for 20 minutes and then their line hung up. Ended up using Xpedia contact the property by messaging but no response was received. Overall, would look for another downtown hotel on next visit."

"Two small glitches with customer service but nothing that caused big problems. When I arrived at 4 pm I was told check in started at 4 and my room would be ready in 30-40 minutes. Also I requested towels via text and was told they were delivered and they were not. Everything was clean and location was fantastic."
