Lodges in Ellis County

This is a beautiful old historic home that has been converted into a bed and breakfast. The room was large and extremely comfortable. The hosts, Mary and Howard, went out of the way to make me feel welcomed. The breakfasts were out of this world delicious! The B&B is near downtown Waxahachie and very convenient to the Scarborough Renaissance Festival. I highly recommend this place and personally will be staying there again next year when attending the Festival.

Brand new construction. Staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and well furnished and the beds were comfortable and loaded with pillows.

Overall great experience, we just spent 1 night at this hotel but we really liked it.

Breakfast setup

I travel all over the U.S. and always stay in a 4-5 star hotel and this was one of my top three. PS: some hotels you have to wait on an elevator, here every time we needed to take it, I would press the button and ding it was there.

To the receptionist that loves pink I forget her name she should get a raise. Easy check in loved her.

Great property, lovely people working there! Really enjoyed the stay!

Was easy to get around and family friendly!

Loved it there! When we first stepped in room it felt warm and welcoming! They had jazz music playing, two fiji water bottles, and a name card. I felt very welcomed! Very digital place! Views were great! Everything we wanted in a hotel! Loved the tower club! The emails were very good at explaining parking and how to use elevators. Definitely want to come back!

What a cute retro vibe hotel. Staff is super nice close to stadium for concerts or games

Very nice hotel. Looked fairly new. Room was clean, comfortable, good large new towels, nice bed linens, nice coffee set up. Not a spec of mold in bathroom area. The hall and/or rooms around our 2ed floor room was noisy. I finally got up at 1am and put ear plugs in, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. The breakfast was a nice assortment of hot and cold selections and the scrambled eggs were actually hot!! Julius at the desk the morning we checked out was exceptionally nice. I am a hotel snob and...

I loved that there was a Target right next to us -walking distance and plenty of food choices like Olive Garden and Panera and Chick Fil-A!

Very nice room! Very clean! Room was nice and cold and shower was very nice

It was great and conveniently located to the hospital.

Clean property and rooms, friendly staff, and wonderful breakfast! TX shaped waffles just taste better!

Loved it

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We had a large family. Kids of various ages & booked 3 rooms. The staff was amazing, the rooms were very clean & well maintained. I absolutely loved that the floors were not carpet. As a mom with kids, I freak out with germs in carpet. We felt comfortable not using socks or slippers in the rooms. The lobby was awesome, I loved the vibe. Pool table, large connect 4 game, & the hang out spots/ seating was awesome. This whole hotel was amazing. We...
