「The property was nice but we had problems with the entry codes and had to resort to using the door keys located in the lock box which we then had to get the code to use. The property did have a minor bug issue that needs to be resolved. The property was in a nice, older neighborhood and not within easy walking distance of dining options. However, it was close to the family we were visiting so the over-all location was good.」

「We live locally but stayed uptown to enjoy a Charlotte Knights game. This hotel was fabulous! The room was huge, clean, and had a great view. Walking distance to Truist Field, Spectrum Center, and so much more. The staff was also lovely. Breakfast was also well stocked with lost of options. The only small issue is how long it took to get the car from valet as we followed the directions told to us by texting a particular number. 「Very loud! The elevator was broken but they didn’t call me before we checked in,just asked me if we don’t accept it they can redound for me. Omg, it was 11pm, where u wanted me to go!」
