"During my stay, I can say that I was somewhat disappointed when it came to the service from some of the staff. When visiting the restaurants and buffet, most of the employees were not very attentive. Maybe one or two people would greet you warmly and make you feel welcome. There were several occasions where we were not even offered water at the table, and when requesting something simple, the staff would either disappear or forget to bring it. I’m not sure if this was due to the hotel being understaffed or another issue.
On the first night, I called reception to request someone to check the air conditioning in my room, but no one ever showed up. Additionally, room service was not provided at any time during my stay.
On a positive note, I had a very good experience at the bar. The employees there were much more attentive, especially Jose, who consistently went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. He always served with a smile and truly made a difference in the overall experience."
