"The resort is incredibly clean, and the grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The restaurants are great, and one of the best parts is that no dinner reservations are required! The service throughout the entire resort is truly top-notch. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond!
We stayed on the family side, and I would come back without any hesitation. This resort has so much to offer for families with children. The Kids Club is open from 10:00 AM–5:30 PM and again from 5:30 PM–10:00 PM, which is incredibly convenient for parents.
Another feature we absolutely loved is that every restaurant has a children’s play area with babysitters/caretakers available at no additional charge. It makes enjoying dinner so much easier while the kids are entertained and having fun.
There is also a huge “bubble trampoline” right in the middle of the main pool area, and it was a total hit — not only with the kids, but with the adults too!
Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Between the beautiful property, excellent food, outstanding service, and all of the family-friendly amenities, this resort exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend it to families and would happily return! One thing to keep in mind when traveling in August is that Mother Nature can bring increased amounts of seaweed during this time of year. Of course, this is completely beyond the resort’s control and can vary from day to day. Even with the seasonal seaweed, we still found"
