「We had a fabulous stay at Mercure Benidorm. Perfect location for us, just a short walk to the old town and the beach and a bus stop in front of the hotel. Our privilige room was very spacious with a large balcony with sun loungers and a comfy bed. Great breakfast with plenty of choice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. 」

「A beautiful hotel with full thoughtful service, multiple pools and direct access to the sea. 」

「The hotel is situated right in the centre of the old town. It's up an incline, which can be a bit of an issue if you're not fit (or you're drunk). The room was spotless, basic, although no hot drinks station (you can get one at the bar downstairs) or ironing facilities. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and will do anything they can to help you out. Only one power socket in the room (additional one in the bathroom), so make sure you consider this when booking.」

「Clean room, beautiful pool area, very modern hotel located ideally for both the benidorm strip as well as the old town area. Very close location to the beach. Breakfast was nice although variety could be improved. Two of our rooms had balconies with a rubbish view but had plenty of sun and the other room had little sun but overlooked the pool and had a huge corner balcony!」
