"There are ocean views from the 6th floor as advertised, but the building is located right across old houses which are in bad shape and vacant lands which are being redeveloped. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Jennifer and Andreo greeted us very professionally when we checked in. Underground parking garage gets five stars! Good value overall."

"The hotel is amazing! Beautiful aesthetics and the room is beautiful. The kitchen is well-equipped for basic cooking and our room was clean every day. The gym was good and we used it daily. The staff were all friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We arrived with a bottle of champagne, rose and card for Valentine's Day. Thank you! I highly recommend the Cala Lanuza suite. You do need to either have a car or be happy to take the tram, which runs every 30 mins. "

"Rooms are very spacious with huge beds and powerful showers. The resort is incredibly hilly and whilst they have buggies to ferry you around if you have limited mobility you will find it difficult. Breakfast was a bit average in our opinion."
