「Had a good time at the Charm Beach Retreat! Just be aware that the hotel is about a 15-minute bus ride from the city centre and is in more of a residential area, which can be a bit frustrating if you want to be going back and forth to your hotel. Also, the room to your hotel leads straight outside; there is no hallway or lobby in the traditional sense, but there is a gate around the property and a code to your room, which only you have access to and is changed after every visit. The staff are...

「With help from fantastic personnel we could change to a room that we really enjoyed at their main hotel castelar palace. The room and the service were fanrtasic: friendly and helpfull in evereway. We shall most certainly come back to this wondeful hotel.」

「Ac på rommet, rent og pent! Hyggelig ansatte. Litt vanskelig å sjekke inn på nett på telefonen. Hadde litt problemer der, men ellers veldig bra.」

「The check in went very smoothly, instructions were clear and easy to follow. The place was great, spacious and quiet. It had an equipped kitchen, with everything we needed for our three night stay. The sofa bed was a bit soft and a bit uncomfortable so we had to use it only as a sofa. There was a bus stop just outside of the main entrance of the building town centre was about 20 minutes walk. We will definitely stay there on our next visit to Alicante」

「Perfect.」

「Really great location and staff were really helpful」
