「A lovely hotel with nice staff and great location. The pity is some smell exists in my room, but it become ok if you open the windows for a while. There exist some foods in the restaurant next to the hotel, not many choices but ok. The boss seems suprised when we wanna eat dinner there, but she still kindly prepare the dinner for us. In a word, I'll come back if I visit Alicante again : )」

「Ottima struttura, camere molto spaziose, luminose e con tutto l’occorrente per un comodo soggiorno, anche il bagno nella camera veramente grande. Ottimo prezzo, noi lo abbiamo utilizzato come punto di appoggio per visitare la costa Blanca e ci siamo trovati benissimo.」

「Beautiful pool and common spaces. El Olivo was wonderful. Staff were professional and accommodating. Conveniently located within 10 minutes of Playa de San Juan. Rooms are a little outdated but I suspect they will be renovated in the future.」

「Ended up with a few issues at the property and during the stay. The sofa bed provided in the flat is no fit to be used by two people even two small children will struggle. The sofa bed is also of poor quality. Our bathroom had blocked Darian with water coming into the room after having shower and despite best efforts they were not able to fix the issue and eventually they ended up changing our room and they kindly provided us with spare mattress as there is no way 4 of us could survive with just...

「旅行了很多国家，第一次碰到如此恶劣的酒店。入住时，由于我们事前没有填写带小朋友的信息，拒绝我们入住，我们表示愿意支付加床房费、或更换成其他房型都可以，前台态度特别恶劣，还指责我们是我们的错，跟酒店无关，后来我们一直据理力争，至少我们可以入住两人，然后再去其他酒店另外订个房间，前台这才停止无理取闹，然后改口说有个客人刚刚退了个三人间，可以帮我们调，但需要增加27欧，我们也不想再折腾，也就同意了，但整个心情完全被破坏了。更奇葩的是，我们希望借个开酒器开酒，居然要7欧元，我们反复解释是借不是买，前台说只要是开自己的酒就是这个价，去酒店酒吧买酒就OK了。我们最后去了酒店对门的超市，一个开瓶器也就3.5欧，一瓶酒也是4-5欧，这个酒店只认钱，没有一点服务精神。太奇葩了。走了十多个国家了，这是唯一的一个，没有之一。」

「The capsules are modern, private and comfortable, self check in was easy and practical.」

「We only stayed one night. Basic room, clean but smelt badly of cigarette smoke. Good buffet breakfast. We arrived at 2am and staff were friendly and able to provide the room key. However, at 2am there were no parking spaces available anywhere near to the hotel and so we had to drag our golf clubs a long way. We had a decent price and so overall we were happy.」

「I loved my stay here and would so stay here again! The architecture is stunning all the way up and check in and out is a breeze! Only thing is that it was not easy to find on maps for some reason. If you have trouble just know that its right across Ditaly the pizza place (at least 1 door to the left if not). The room was clean and furnished with cool decorations. They have a kitchen with all the kitchen utensils necessary including pots and pans! The bathroom separates the toilet from the shower...
