「Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Es ist sauber und sehr gut gelegen, alles war fußläufig oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Die Besitzer waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten kurz vor Abreise das Problem, dass sich unser Safe nicht mehr öffnen lies. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit wurde uns geholfen und wir konnten wie geplant abreisen. Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal für euren Einsatz. 」

「Vi köpte en billig hotell natt i Alicante för att utforska stan lite närmare. Vil5 har ett utmärkt läge i gamla stan nära till restauranger, barer, museum och hissen som tar dig upp till borgen på berget. VIL5 är obemannat men all service finns i hotellet tvärs över gatan, där sker även incheckning och frukost. Frukost kostade 10.50 euro, den var rätt så standard men helt ok. Frukosten serverades på takvåningen med en fin utsikt över borgen och stan. Ute terrassen var inte öppen under frukosten...

「The room was great nice and clean. The area was fantastic close to the beach. Everything was really good apart from a bit complicated for a check in and no Wi-Fi service I normally don’t use it though but the problem is was not even 4G or 5G in my phone as well as no Internet service and that wasn’t good because as I am travelling around every day in a different city so I need to know what’s going on all the time but hey Ho 」

「Clean and friendly staff」

「旅行了很多国家，第一次碰到如此恶劣的酒店。入住时，由于我们事前没有填写带小朋友的信息，拒绝我们入住，我们表示愿意支付加床房费、或更换成其他房型都可以，前台态度特别恶劣，还指责我们是我们的错，跟酒店无关，后来我们一直据理力争，至少我们可以入住两人，然后再去其他酒店另外订个房间，前台这才停止无理取闹，然后改口说有个客人刚刚退了个三人间，可以帮我们调，但需要增加27欧，我们也不想再折腾，也就同意了，但整个心情完全被破坏了。更奇葩的是，我们希望借个开酒器开酒，居然要7欧元，我们反复解释是借不是买，前台说只要是开自己的酒就是这个价，去酒店酒吧买酒就OK了。我们最后去了酒店对门的超市，一个开瓶器也就3.5欧，一瓶酒也是4-5欧，这个酒店只认钱，没有一点服务精神。太奇葩了。走了十多个国家了，这是唯一的一个，没有之一。」

「Har været her før og kommer helt sikkert igen..stedet ligger perfekt inde midt i gamle Alicante, nemt at komme til alt..blev modtaget helt fantastisk, fik hjælp til alt det jeg hjemmefra havde været bekymret om ..nøgle på mobilen, mv.. lejligheden har alt hvad der skal til hvis man vil lave mad selv..vi er SÅ tilfredse med at bo der når vi besøger byen..」

「Wow! This resort was incredible. Right from the moment we walk in we were asked if we'd like tea, coffee or water. The room was stunning and spacious and had a little balcony. The rooftop patio was beautiful and amazing as well. The view from the rooftop was of the castle also. Everything was fantastic 」

「Clara in reception was wonderful and incredibly helpful. Helped us store medication and rang us when our room was ready, even though we were quite early. Room was nice and spacious. Was on a high floor so not much noise. Need was incredibly comfortable. Would stay here again and ready commend it. 」
