Really good communication and quick responses to any queries. Clean apart from when I moved sofa closer to TV...dust and hair. Free toiletries, great shower. The bed and pillows were best ive ever had. The pool is refreshing 😁. Definitely need some chairs to use as there's no chairs around pool area and there's ants on artificial grass. Could do with some folding chairs left in the apartment wardrobes or somewhere downstairs, near the pool. Could ask for a rental deposit for them so they are returned? Not far from the city centre. We walked everywhere. We had a really bad experience of the Italian pizzeria next door. The pizza was tasteless and undercooked. My husband was sick afterwards. We picked the apartment due to AC and the pool. Pools are a rarity in Alicante centre.

We had a premier 1 bed unit and overall the property was very comfortable. Good quality fittings, spacious and a large covered balcony but there are three points to be aware of: 1. The description implies there is a full kitchen - there isn't. There's a fancy combined oven/microwave but no hob and no cooking equipment so preparing any kind of hot food is a "challenge". There are many reasonably priced restaurants in Alicante but nevertheless... 2. The property is on Gran Via which as the name suggests is a busy main road so there is constant traffic noise. Not a big deal but noticeable when using the balcony 3. It's about a 45min walk down from the property to the sea front but there is a bus stop right outside with a bus every 15/20 min and while we were there 10 trips were costing €5.25 so virtually nothing. 4. There are various supermarkets within a 10min walk but otherwise nothing of interest to tourists in the general area. Having made these observations we enjoyed the stay and woud be happy to use the property again should we return to Alicante.

Place was in good enough condition, clean and there was a bottle of water for each guests which was a great thing because we arrived at 2am. Replies back very quick to any queries and requests. This is not a hotel but a flat with kitchen. There was power outage twice which was resolved quickly.

Only one toilet paper for a 3 night stay. No heater option available, despite a remote control which doesn’t control anything. It’s listed with a sofa bed, that I needed but there was no sheets or pillows for it. There was hair in the bed sheets and in the shower. I have photos to prove it.

Todo fue muy fácil y rápido, tanto la reserva como el check in online, como el envío de instrucciones como todo. Buena ubicación si tienes coche porque esta a 15 minutos de todo y se puede aparcar fácilmente en la calle. Todo limpio y perfecto. Y para 4 personas no se hizo pequeño.

Raskt internett. Særdeles hyggelig og hjelpsom personale. Leiligheten var ren og fin. Beliggenhet trekker ned - rett ved trafikkert vei, men med tanke på en veldig grei pris så oppveier det. Stort shoppingsenter og en stor outlet ca. 30. min. gange fra hotellet.
