「Tout ce qu’on attendait d’un petit week-end en bord de mer. L’Hotel est nickel, je dirais juste qu’il manque des grandes serviettes de bain et quelques amenities en chambre mais au delà de ça tip top」

「旅行了很多国家，第一次碰到如此恶劣的酒店。入住时，由于我们事前没有填写带小朋友的信息，拒绝我们入住，我们表示愿意支付加床房费、或更换成其他房型都可以，前台态度特别恶劣，还指责我们是我们的错，跟酒店无关，后来我们一直据理力争，至少我们可以入住两人，然后再去其他酒店另外订个房间，前台这才停止无理取闹，然后改口说有个客人刚刚退了个三人间，可以帮我们调，但需要增加27欧，我们也不想再折腾，也就同意了，但整个心情完全被破坏了。更奇葩的是，我们希望借个开酒器开酒，居然要7欧元，我们反复解释是借不是买，前台说只要是开自己的酒就是这个价，去酒店酒吧买酒就OK了。我们最后去了酒店对门的超市，一个开瓶器也就3.5欧，一瓶酒也是4-5欧，这个酒店只认钱，没有一点服务精神。太奇葩了。走了十多个国家了，这是唯一的一个，没有之一。」

「A lovely hotel with nice staff and great location. The pity is some smell exists in my room, but it become ok if you open the windows for a while. There exist some foods in the restaurant next to the hotel, not many choices but ok. The boss seems suprised when we wanna eat dinner there, but she still kindly prepare the dinner for us. In a word, I'll come back if I visit Alicante again : )」

「We were so comfortable staying in this beautiful apartment hotel. The suite was spacious and well appointed. So cool that this is converted palace. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Lovely shower and fluffy towels. The location was really good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Alicante」

「We were pleased with a free room upgrade. It was a perfect spot for a holiday break with our 9 months old baby. Close to the beach and other attractions available easily by a stroller walk. Room itself was like a playground for baby.」

「Fabulous location, clean & comfy beds, shower a bit temperamental - I did message a couple of times (before we arrived & whilst we were there) but received no response which is why it is 4 stars rather than 5」

「The room was beautiful, loved the wood decor and white washed stone walls. It was spotlessly clean, modern bathroom with zero mould. Room had coffee machine, robe + slippers, toothbrush, soap, lotion, shampoo, clothes steamer. Room well sound-proofed, never heard any of the other guests. Location was excellent, near old town, castle, Basilica, port, beach, restaurants. It was a 20 minute walk from train station.」
