「We were advised when we checked in that the elevator was disabled and as our room was two floors up we agreed to hand carry our bags up and then down again the next morning ( no big deal) but when we requested a water, they wanted to charge us 3 Euros for a 25 ml bottle of water.」

「A lovely hotel with nice staff and great location. The pity is some smell exists in my room, but it become ok if you open the windows for a while. There exist some foods in the restaurant next to the hotel, not many choices but ok. The boss seems suprised when we wanna eat dinner there, but she still kindly prepare the dinner for us. Room cleanliness was spot on and usual amenities changed daily by the cleaning staff - Gabrielle had prepared room for our stay (name was indicated on welcome card), and the initial high standard was maintained throughout. Had a near miss or two exiting bathroom area, as water from shower cubicle getting through gap in door, so floor - even though we were wiping it up - could get a little slippy...

「Lovely, friendly staff at the front desk and great decor throughtout the hotel. The room and hallway were dark and did have a couple of issues with getting the keycard to activate the lights once inside the room. However, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. The breakfast had a great selection. The rooftop terrace was a nice experience at night too. Would defintely come back.」

「The most beautiful apartment in the best location! The photos of this really don't do it justice. We booked the top floor apartment with roof terrace and the outdoor space was incredible. The apartment was spotless, so bright and airy with sliding doors/windows all around to let the light in. 「The hotel is standard but rooms are quite small with a lot of damp smells. The bathrooms fan was soo noisy and the bathroom door would constantly get stuck when trying to open both ways. The jacuzzi was dirty and cold so could not use it unfortunately and only 2 sun loungers. Location is ok if you’re happy to walk around abit. Staff were good.
