「We had a wonderful week after Christmas at the Hard Rock Los Cabos. The resort is beautiful, the staff was friendly and the food was excellent, especially for an all inclusive. We loved our room- swim up suite. That was a great option for our family to have a more private pool in the afternoons. The room was not that large, but it worked for our family of three. Our favorite restaurants were Umo, Zen and Toro. Visited the spa for a few massages one day and that was a great experience as well....

We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel...
