Very nice property and extremely friendly helpful staff. The pool area and access to beach couldn’t have been nicer. Spacious balcony with a hammock and sofa and amazing view. A place to fully relax and enjoy the view.

Hotel was very nice until they try to screw you at the ending check-in and charge you a full price for things that would normally be considered as a part of the all-inclusive package. They were not clear during check-in and there’s a ton of loopholes that they then spring on you during checkout and make you pay a lot. The rest of the staff were great except for the people during checkout.

Would stay at this place over and over again! The staff was incredible. So clean and the room and view were wonderful! We did the all inclusive option which we normally stay away from and the food was all absolutely delicious!! Would recommend for couples or for families!!

Amazing resort, food, and staff

Amazing stay, great for families traveling with a baby/toddler. Staff was attentive, room (and resort) was spotless. The level of customer service and care that we received is second to none. We paid for all inclusive and only had one drink. You don't need to be drunk to have fun here. Will be back, already recommended to friends and family.

Food was amazing, the adults only pool was awesome. Staff was attentive and courteous, I would recommend getting the all inclusive meal plan as we spent about $800 per day on food and drinks.
