"The room was spotless, but the downside was that the room was cold. The heating did not seem to be on. The staff were very helpful and as my husband used a wheelchair, they were very attentive. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. The hotel was close by the railway station and amenities.We shall certainly return."

Our only complaints were the very short door to the bathroom and a toilet that needed 10 minutes between uses before we could flush it again. "

"Ideal central location, river view room worth paying extra for. Lots of bars, coffee shops and restaurants on your doorstep (especially enjoyed Jimmy Badgers, lovely food and scrummy cocktails). Room was very comfortable. Remember to take charger, no USB ports in the room. Didn't have breakfast so Can't comment on this. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Inverness."

"Hotel is very outdated. Why are you still using carpets and they were not clean? Room had a weird odor and was obscenely HOT. Food was terrible! Parking was a nightmare.
