「Key room doest work wasted almost 3 hours with long journey. No sufficient staff. Looked like there is only 1 person for all needs. Just a hype to look old and characteristic hotel. I have been to many such celebrated hotel older then this and it is well maintained and have caring staff to take care of hotel.」

With the main door not being locked at night, security was very poor. I was woken by a disturbance outside my door during the night it was very unsettling. 「Very tired old property. When they showed us the room it first reminded me of one of the servant quarters in a recent historic house tour. We booked a classic double. The room was damp, full of dusty furniture and the bed mattress springs were gone. There was a tiny window with a view to nothing. We lasted 10 mins and left.
