「La chambre était impeccable et très agréable avec la terrasse avec vue sur le vignoble. La salle de bain était très bien également, très propre ! Léger bémol sur le fait que tout est écrit en allemand partout, très peu de choses sont écrites en anglais (et rien en français). Même la carte du restaurant n’existe pas dans une autre langue que l’allemand donc on a tout traduit avec nos téléphones. Sinon tout le personnel est adorable et fait de son mieux pour parler anglais. Un très bel hôtel que...

Tolles Familienzimmer, netter Service, leckeres großes Frühstücksbuffet, große Spielhalle für die Kids und ein super Schwimmbad - uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen sicher wieder! Einzig das Angebot zum Abendessen haben wir nicht getestet, wir waren auswärts essen. 」

「Near to the center and Xmas markets. Hotel is good and clean. From the train station to the hotel need 15 to 20 minutes walk, it was rainy on the days so is difficult. Staffs are friendly, luggage storing is provided. Staff not familiar with the Flexbus from Freiburg to Colmar, better can have the transportation information for assisting Customers.」
