Lovely place to stay had ask a guest to help check in. He said he found not. Good and he was much younger than me. Didn’t have breakfast. As was at 800. And I had leave early unfortunately. Would stay again yes.

Kein Personal, kein Service. Unpersönlich. Alleine gelassen mit dem Check-in. Nach über einer Stunde dann endlich der Zugang zum Zimmer. Vielleicht mögen das manche Menschen, wir nicht. Kommen nicht mehr.

Le Check-In n'était pas du tout pratique et compliqué. Après beaucoup de tentatives il était impossible d'effectuer l'enregistrement et il fallait chaque fois tout recommencer. Le système ne me délivrait pas le numéro de chambre et ne me permettait même pas de codifier la carte d'ouverture d'une chambre. Il est fort regrettable de devoir faire appel à l'assistance téléphonique en raison de l'absence de personnel sur place.

Tolle Unterkunft inmitten von Staufen, Restaurant und Altstadt zu Fuss erreichbar wunderschöne Umgebung zum Wandern und Radfahren sehr hübsch umgebautes altes Gebäude, tolle Zimmer Frühstück kann im Self-Service jederzeit erfolgen. Ab spätestens 0630 sind Brötchen verfügbar - kein Personal, Check-in mühsam, wenn Kreditkarte nicht funktioniert - keine Beratung bei Fragen, keine Erreichbarkeit per Telefon (hat zumindest bei mir mehrfach nicht funktioniert) - keine Parkplätze (jedoch bezahl-Parking 500m und gratis-Parking 1km entfernt)

Wunderschöne Zimmer, die elektronische Einweisung und Codierung der Schlüssel sehr aufwendig und äußerst kompliziert. Schade, dass die schöne Dusche, die scheinbar noch nicht alt, so voller Schimmel ist. Beim Frühstück darf man keine Sonderwünsche haben, da alles abgepackt und abgezählt . Die Bedienung bei Frühstück sehr angenehm und freundlich.

Wir sind sehr herzlich aufgenommen worden. Ein wunderschöner Raum zum Frühstück oder sich niederlassen bei Getränken aus dem Kühlschrank. Für Fahrradfahrer steht im Garten eine abschliessbare Holzhaus zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Hotel mit Kleinigkeiten

Tolle zentrale Lage in der Fußgängerzone. Geräumiges, schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Mäßiger WLAN-Empfang (Zi. 01, besser in Zi. 04!). Badewanne in Zi. 01 könnte für ältere, nicht so bewegliche Gäste problematisch sein. Doppelbett mit nur einer Decke - bitte nicht drum streiten 😜

Unterkunft grds. gut, jedoch eher für Technik-Freeks. Bei Ankunft keinerlei Personal, alles automatisiert. Rezeption ist i-pad. Betreten nur mit Tür-Code, der erst in zweiter Mail kam, die in erster Mail nicht angekündigt war. Telefonisch immerhin jemand erreichbar. Man sollte in Anzeige wenigstens auf das nicht jedem bekannte neue System hinweisen.

Petit déjeuner médiocre. Aucun contact humain à la réception. Montée et descente d'escaliers pour aller à la chambre; Acoustique des fenêtres médicre. La chambre est parfaite; lit kingsize très confortable.

Die Unterkunft war toll, das Buchungssystem etwas umständlich, durch den Preis aber durchaus zu rechtfertigen. Das Frühstück war eine einzige Katastrophe. Ein kleiner Teller mit Wurst, Käse und Marmelade für zwei Personen. Kein Frühstücksei, kein Müsli, viel zu wenig Auswahl.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt im Stuub. Tolles Hotel in dem man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Der Self Check In ist rund um die Uhr möglich. Alle Infos bekommt man vorab gesendet. Zimmer sind toll und schön eingerichtet. In einem einem großen Gemeinschaftsraum kann man es sich am Kachelofen gemütlich machen bei einem Glas Wein. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
