「Waren wieder sehr zufrieden 」

「If you are traveling only for a night stay, it could be an option. The experience I had was not good as expected. The reception lady is very nice and helped me to change the rooms. The room I had for 1st one, the windows can not be opened, then I switched to the 2nd one, the shutter can not be closed, then I moved to the 3rd room, guess what, the toilet light can not switched on. But it got fixed by the kitchen stuff. Also the Internet connectivity was not good at all for the first two night and...

「this is one of the worst hotels i have ever booked. price/value is not there. the receptionist was rude and when I want to borrow the kettle (they don't keep one in the room), waited for an hour, then he said he is busy. the housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the room, this hotel only have breakfast served. overall, a big disappointment, never again, I will stay at Fourside」

「Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sauber und klimatisiert. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug aber bei 3 Etagen ist das kein Problem. Der Balkon auf der Südseite ist sehr schön groß und der Blick auf den Rhein sowie den Rheinkanal war super. Die Lage auf der Rheininsel ist super. So kann man sowohl nach Deutschland als auch in Frankreich Ausflugsziele besuchen. Das Frühstück hat 12€ extra gekostet aber es gab alles was das Herz begehrt und man konnte zwischen Rührei und Spiegelei wählen....

「Sehr netter und freundlicher Service, mit Charme eingerichtet. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr schön gelegen zum Wandern und Biken. Speisekarte etwas fleischlastig, mehr lokale Spezialitäten wären schön. 」

「Near to the center and Xmas markets. Hotel is good and clean. From the train station to the hotel need 15 to 20 minutes walk, it was rainy on the days so is difficult. Staffs are friendly, luggage storing is provided. Staff not familiar with the Flexbus from Freiburg to Colmar, better can have the transportation information for assisting Customers.」

「Hotel a 3 km dal centro di Colmar, veramente spettacolare per il prezzo pagato. Camere normali e silenziose. A pochi km dall'hotel sono presenti varie pasticcerie, assolutamente da provare. Posizione strategica per visitare sia colmar che altri paesini come riquewir. Consigliato! 」

「There’s a construction behind the building. We asked for towels for shower twice and they never changed it during our 3 night stay .. they gave us hand towels instead .. the pillows were not comfortable 」
