I really liked staying there. The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked that they had a shuttle service from the hotel to Europa Park. It was nice and easy not bothering with Taxis all the time.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For everything.

Quand nous sommes arrivés .le personnel à la reception ne parlait pas français.. Le montant de mon séjour avait déjà été débité dans la journée avant même la récupération de la clef de chambre.Je n avais pas réservé le déjeuner vu que c'était à choix... il m a été compter aussi dans la facture ... je pense pas y revenir. Dommage

Came into the reception after a long drive, and met the sweetest receptionist of all time, Roxana, she had a radiance that most other hotels should be envious of, the hotel itself is perfectly fine, good location and good parking possibilities, I have 150 hotel overnight stays a year, and would probably say that this reception at a reception surpasses all other check-ins, thank you, continue to be who you are, you make the big difference between a good or bad experience, best regards 204 and 206

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut. Alles recht simpel, Frühstück etwas durcheinander, Personal wirkt überfordert, vermutlich wird hier an Personalkosten gespart. Sie wirken nicht sehr happy. Dann lieber 10 Euro mehr für das Zimmer verlangen und Mitarbeiter nicht ausbrennen. Vor allem wenn der mutmassliche Besitzer mit dem dicksten Benz vorfährt und seine Zigarre genüsslich pafft. Hinterlässt leider keinen tollen Eindruck. War bereits bei meinem ersten Besuch so... Micromanagement ist veraltet... schade, dass das noch nicht jeder verstanden hat.
