It was good to stay in Hampton Hilton even though it was rather far from the main station. Every staff was kind and tried to help me .That was so touched me because I need someones help during staying there. It was perfect moment I spent .

The hotel is conveniently located near several train stations, making it easy to get around. The area is safe and quiet at night with plenty of great restaurants nearby.

I loved the ability to watch English on TV, and the breakfast was excellent. My main complaint-laundry facilities are not what they seem! I had to go down the street to a laundromat because their “laundry service“ would have taken 3 days. Disappointing since that was the mean reason I chose Hampton by Hilton. That being said, everything else was impeccable. So 4 stars it is

House keeping kept coming into the room even when the do not disturb sign is on the door. The staff was very friendly and did the best they could. AC was also not working but I was fortunate enough to change rooms where the AC worked a little bit. It is probably a great place to stay outside of the summer. Breakfast was good!

I’ve never stayed at a Hilton hotel in such a bad state! A Long list of things that were wrong here! From missing necessities to dirty, broken sofa! Air con wasn’t working in our son’s room! Breakfast area was basic. Very disappointed.

Nice hotel with parking. But the breakfast provided was insufficient for the number of guests. The double bed was too small for comfort, and cleaning was only done every other day.

I was very dissppointed with the service for 3 reasons. First of all I had booked for 2 nights with my family and when I was informed that there would be no cleaning service I was very reluctant to stay. Not only, the AC was noisy and didn't work properly. So we checked out the following day. I easked what I would be charged and was told that they needed ti talk to the GM. However I was not contacted regardless my request to be informed via email. Only now did IDiscover that I was Charged euro 217, whereas I was promised a discounted price forall the problema! I do not recommend this hotel and the we disliked the breakfast.

Breakfast was a daily disaster: not enough seating, no flatware, no glasses, no plates, bowls, or coffee cups, no eggs, raw bacon, coffee maker not working, no juice. They were totally unprepared for the number of people staying there and eating breakfast!

Great customer service . Arrived early at the hotel as the flight was early , had to be ready for 15:40 for a wedding the check in was at 15:00 so they agreed for us do check in at 1300 which was great and allowed us to get ready and not rush . Alex was brilliant at reception very helpful . Also a young lady with dark hair couldn’t get her name wrote down details of the trams and stations we needed to stop which was on point and hustle free . Breakfast was good and loads of item to chose from . Would definitely stay here again and would also recommend this hotel .

We have had quite a unsatisfied experience. First, we did not get the room we booked but instead were downgraded. Also, the room and the bath showed quite some damages and the breakfast was so overcrowded that the staff did not manage to fill up cutlery and food.

No refrigerator, which is important for a family with babies; rarely do they have one in any room. (My problem is didn't read) Old television, old remote control. Overall, everything is very worn. Poor service at reception; 30 minutes before breakfast closed: Frozen fruits for yogurt, watery eggs with no flavor, no more cutlery or plates available. They try to save on everything, including the shampoo. Dirty fitness machines. Room for €160 per night plus €19 for parking. We are definitely coming back to Freiburg, but not to this hotel.

Disappointed for various reasons. Was expecting a great room,location and service for the very high charge but sadly this was not the case. The room was small and fittings worn. Surroundings are derelict land imbetween busy roads. Towels were threadbare and 2 of toiletries dispensers were empty. Unable to get hot water in the shower. When asking for milk for the room they were unable to provide any. On a plus side staff were pleasant but it needs to be stated that there is free parking available (we paid 19 euros) and that access to the centre is easy using the tram. Cars are not allowed in the centre. If the price of the hotel was half then it would have not been complaint worthy. Super 8 hotel next door might have been the better option.

Check in etwas chaotisch. Wir haben erst ein falsches Zimmer bekommen (zu hohe Kategorie) und mussten nach Anruf nochmal wechseln. Bar Service war bescheiden, da das Personal auch die Rezeption machen musste. Dadurch wurden die Tische nicht abgeräumt. Teppich überall sehr fleckig. Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen. Gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt.
