Great location next to train station and only a few minutes walk from main shopping and eating areas. Breakfast was excellent. Luggage storage was also available.

The hotel couldn't be more conveniently placed for train and trams.A neat and tidy hotel (like Ibis,if you're familiar with this brand).A short walk from the centre of the very pretty city of Freiburg.I'd be happy to stay here again and am happy to recommend.

This was in a great location. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only conplaint I have is how tall the shower is from the floor and there is no railing to hold onto to be able to get in and out of the shower. I am not sure if they have other rooms with lower showers, but if you have a hard time getting in and out of the shower please let them know to see if they can accomadate you.

Fantastic and very friendly staff. Helped me with parking, AC, invoice problems. Sadly the room was dirty (Holey bed sheets, there was dried snot on a blanket, and the trash bins hadn’t been emptied)

Got into the room and the bed had been clearly slept in and the room not cleaned. Housekeeping was aggressive in the morning asking when we were leaving.
