"The check-in is onLy 4 hours, you miss it and the whole stay can be cancelled, not very friendly to the customers, hot water wasn't working and I had to wait for reception to open.TV wasn't working. Weak wifi. The rooms are OK and spacious but not super clean. "

"The place is great and the service was wonderful. The only problem was the neighbors at the building who had a sign that is not a hotel. I had no issues and was able to go out with no conflicts. I would still stay there again because the room was nice and the lady was polite. Thank you!"

"If you want to stay here you better bring your own blanket. There’s no heater . asked for one and never received it. Doors and windows are not sealed you can see around the frame. And a tip you have to pay at the property since they say that Expedia cannot charge for the room ( so I had to call Expedia so they could refund the money that they had charge my account ) and the property wanted me to pay there if I wanted the room that I had reserved. Had to knock at the door for someone to look...
