"The room was well-suited for a family of four, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and we all loved the additional menu items (e.g., pancakes). The pool and saunas were nice; the dressing area was very well organized. The room cleaning service was in the afternoon (around 15:30), which seemed a bit late."

"Hotel is in a great location, short walk from the station and close to the main town. Staff were very friendly an helpful- we were able to leave our case there when we arrived prior to check in and also on the day we was leaving so we didn’t have to carry around town- this was an added bonus! Breakfast was a great variety with everything you needed to set you up for the day. The room was clean and spacious with washing products available and plenty of towels. Very comfortable bed too. Would definitely recommend to anyone and I would be of my hotel of choice if I was to return to Bath. "

"The staff really made this stay special… particularly the restaurant staff. We arrived and had no trouble parking - I think if busier it could be an issue. The check in was smooth and the receptionist were really helpful. The room was lovely - the hotel and the grounds are stunning. Food was exceptional as was the service. Will definitely look to stay again! "

"Lovely hotel in central location. Lounges and bedroom uniquely decorated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the cleaners didn’t seem to clean the rugs in the bedroom "

"We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The only slight annoyance was that we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work, so had to sleep with the window open, which meant that the gulls woke us up quite early in the morning. We were celebrating our birthdays and the hotel gave us a lovely plate of cakes to honor this! We skipped paying for breakfast because there are so many wonderful bakeries in Bath and the breakfast was on the pricey side. I still wouldn’t hesitate staying here again! "

"The staff were outstanding, from the guys on reception through to the breakfast staff. The rooms were lovely, clean and welcoming, the fridge was an added bonus. Breakfast was great, everything you could have ask for, they had a waffle machine that made the most delicious blueberry waffles. The location is perfect, 1 minute walk to the thermal spa and shops and the other direction pubs and restaurants We found the hotel to be very quiet not just the location but clientele. "

"Best things about the hotel are its obvious location to the airport (3min walk) and the fact that it is new. Aspects to improve on are the menu, ‘just sold the last one’ being the obvious one! "

"Breakfast was good. TV did not work. The space in the room, was unsuitable for 3 people. Finally we experienced a gangerous short circuit that blew up my childs phone charger."
