「Room had black mold growing on ceiling Asked for different room which had more mold than first room, was not small amount either, I’m a mold remediation contractor , I know how toxic and dangerous mold is. these were not water stains, if mold has grown through the drywall then it’s far worse above ceiling , the incredibly rude person at front desk who didnt care one bit kept repeating many other people stayed in those rooms and havnt complained and I was just being difficult, and I can leave...

「We booked a suite at TownePlace, but they had issues with the room. They transferred us to their sister hotel next door and booked us in 2 rooms to try to accommodate, but they were not adjoining rooms and we did not want to put our small children in a separate room. Ultimately we did not get the type of room that we paid for.」

「It was a nice and easy hotel. Very affordable & staff was nice. Recommended restaurants and what to do in the area. Not far from columbus either if you need an affordable place to stay. 」
