Breakfast was great rooms were small and outdated ours had mix matched furniture our sink was stopped up. The ice machine didn't work the landing in front of the elevators were Absolutely nasty, i told a few workers how filthy it was. First night we arrived it was dirty i was there for 5 nights and it wasn't cleaned. By the 6th day it had pepperoni all over the floor.They claim to have a Starbucks it was there and never opened

We always enjoy the spacious rooms and breakfast. We were surprised to see a $6 per night parking fee. At the same time, our ice machine on the floor was broken and our room was missing basic room needs such as shampoo, and towels. It would be great to have these expectations met especially as you are now expecting more money for basic parking yet offering free shuttle service to/ from the airport. Seems a bit unfair.

No hot tub, even though one was advertised on the website- it was why we picked this hotel. We were gaslit by property staff who told us they had never had a hot tub, even though there was still a sign staying that there was one by the pool and it was in the pictures of the property on Google. Pool was absolutely freezing to the point that we were in and out on five minutes. I brought it up to the support chat for the hotel and they were rude because we had booked through a third party site. While we were there, we saw two separate companies come to work on something to do with the boilers/ hot water tanks. Then our shower became lukewarm. I would recommend staying anywhere else in the area and I guess calling before booking to ensure they have the amenities that they claim to offer.
