Service & staff were excellent. Free shuttle rides to and from close-by restaurants, shops and airport were a plus. Breakfast was great! Only problem was the romm air-conditioner that kept switching to cold air regardless of temperature setting.

Nice place to stay. Came for a convention and was able to check in early. The staff was friendly and the breakfasts options were ok and some of the options changed daily. My only complaint was that they never cleaned our room even when we answered the check in questions and stated we wanted the room cleaned every other day since that was the only option for housekeeping service.

I stayed for 2 weeks and was completely satisfied. They've thought of all the the things that make your stay convenient and comfortable. The rooms are very quiet ,clean and even parking is very convenient. If i had to choose one thing that i didnt like, and this is being picky, the fold away couch is not very comfortable to sit on . Thats it. Highly recommend

The staff is very nice. Pretty good location (right down the street from everything) Standard free breakfast. Noisy in the hotel and outside area around but hotel but they cant help that. Excellent shower although water gets on the floor no matter what you do. Pretty clean, not immaculate but pretty clean. Coin laundry onsite. Front desk can give you quarters. Overall id say a 7.5 out of 10

Staff members were friendly. Breakfast does not start until 6:30am unlike their website that states 6:00am, with no paper bag breakfast available. Oven door does not close all the way which I reported to the front desk, baking sheet was missing and front desk didn't have anymore, so I went out to buy my own. First day the room smelled good, the remainder of the days it smelled of cigarette smoke, my room was located by the pool and people smoking just outside of the front hotel door near pool. The location of the hotel was good and felt safe.

Basic stay

I have stayed here a handful of times. It is an ok place for a quick simple stay, but very basic. It was disappointing that the shuttle service "was unavailable" even though it is advertised and one reason I booked this hotel. I had to incur additional costs for transportation. Also, the food for breakfast has gotten worse each time I stayed - expired items and you have to try a few items as some are inedible (this time the eggs were like chalk and the waffle maker was broken). Credit card machine was also broken at check in so check in took a very long time. Convenient for my visits and I can deal with the lower tier style rooms, so I usually end up coming back and rolling with the ups and downs.
