「Great location. We picked this hotel for the airport shuttle. The shuttle is not operating and they would not send taxi or reimburse for taxi/uber fees. Disappointing. Hotel is old and is a great location for walkig Anchorage. Not a great neighborhood, we were two backpacking guys looking for a room for 1 night. 」

「Staff here is key for me coolest I’ve ever met from the reception, house keeping, security even the guests that come here are very cool to meet with and just have a conversation with once in a while and the rooms are equipped with full kitchens and the air conditioner/heater work very well and more than enough channels to find something you are interested in and the Free WiFi is excellent, their is on site laundry and vending machines for detergent and dryer sheets and a Home Depot next to the...

「The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. They were under-staffed and the website states that there was a pool and gym onsite. That is not true as you had to go across the street to the Hotel Captain Cook and use their facilities. Those facilities are more for elderly men/women and the mens quarters made my sons feel uncomfortable. 」
