「Nice clean and quiet」

「This was a good apartment to use as a base in Anchorage. A down side is that it’s @ 1.5 blocks from Minnesota Park where there was a lot of drug activity. It rained the day we left & everyone had cleared out of the park so maybe it was just a late summertime thing.」

「Very cute place. I wish there was designated outdoor space; the yard was certainly big enough. Great central location. I had to clean the stove straight away, but other than that it was pretty clean. A complete sharp knife set with shears would have been nice. There is only one TV in the place so on days you’re stuck inside, it could be a challenge of who gets to pick what to watch. Overall it was a pleasant stay.」

「Clean room with a kitchen. Parking is on the street. I got one right in front. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel.」

「we got the best view & location and it was worth it. This property would be perfect if the 2nd front room was an actual bedroom and there was wifi. The pullout bed worked and was comfy just notes for improvement.」

「The place is dirty , and broken everywhere, broken mirrors, windows, mirror nightstand , dirty tea pot , dirty chair in the kitchen and the floor in the kitchen .」
